Benefits from purpose 3 are demonstrated through a general improvement in health and welfare. Benefits from purpose 4 are demonstrated through reaching out into the local Belfast community in which we are based, and we organise a number of activities to this end. All of the above benefits will be evidenced through feedback from our members, their families and the general public within the Belfast community area who attend our events. We do not anticipate that any harm will flow from any of the above purposes. The charity’s beneficiaries are members of ChristChurch Belfast, their families and the general public within the Belfast area, with the majority of our events open to all, without distinction. The only private benefit flowing from our purposes is related to the full time employment of an Associate Pastor, Youth Pastor, part time employment of a Worship Leader, Admin Assistant and cleaner who receive salaries as a result of their employment. The employment of our staff is incidental and vital to the running of ChristChurch and to the achievement of its purposes.
