i. It is accepted in case law that the practice of Religion can bring about moral improvement in society. Counseling, guidance, and adherence to, established moral codes such as biblical teaching brings increased marital stability and probity in personal and business relationships. iii. Providing training to established churches or groups furthers

their aims of promotion of religion. iv. Bringing together groups and individuals from different Church traditions in the context of Northern Irish society improves mutual understanding, cooperation and societal harmony. v. Any other charitable aim with in the law of Northern Ireland allows working to support street children in Phillipines and and mission work in Africa which leads to relief of poverty for underprivileged people, and ultimatelt promotion of religion 1. Benefit of Religious affiliation is supported by case law 2. Relief of poverty is self evidently benifcial No General Public including children and students in third level education Any private benefit from any of the purposes is necessary and inevitable as a result of participation in the trust activities and is a desirable fulfillment of the trust objects.

Charitable purposes

To advance the Christian Religion on the Island of Ireland, and elsewhere, by: i. Conducting public meetings for prayer, biblical teaching, and services of praise and worship. ii. Offering spiritual guidance, based on biblical teaching and Christian tradition, applied to marriage, family, business and social relationships. iii. Assisting established Christian Churches of different traditions by training members of Christian groups whose purpose are the advancement of the Christian Religion whether within or beyond such churches. iv. Any other charitable purpose according to the law of Northern Ireland, decided by the trustees.
