Public benefits
The direct benefit that flow from this purpose is the provision of housing to both older people and those in need. These benefits are evidence through the quality of lives of those living in our purpose built homes and our low levels of void properties. Our Trustees do not receive any kind of personal or private benefit from the organisation.
What your organisation does
Alpha Housing improves the lives of our tenants through the provision of affordable, good quality, sustainable housing and services. We provide services in our sheltered housing schemes for older people. Such services include an onsite Scheme Manager who is either residential or non- residential to provide support, a 24 hour emergency helpline
via Fold Telecare and adaptations for those with disabilities.
