By offering social, emotional, psychological and spiritual support clients develop coping strategies that will promote their inclusion within society. Empowering Clients decision-making and problem solving skills equips them to function more effectively within their individual situations and within their communities. Addressing self- esteem

issues with clients prevents further deterioration reducing self- harm. Setting goals working towards a positive direction ultimately leads to increased self-esteem, confidence and more efficient functioning within relationships and communities Exploring strengths and abilities opens up new ways of being, seeing, living and relating to others increases the Clients, self- knowledge, leading to improved motivation and the development of lasting change. We benefit the statutory, voluntary and private sectors by reducing Admissions, Waiting Lists and financial costs. Education Educating Clients through a Cognitive Behavioural Approach, enables them to adapt less negative automatic thoughts, by replacing them with more positive thinking. Educating Clients to break problems down to more small,realistic goals enables them to cope better in their individual situations and reintegrate within their communities. Through Group work individuals learn from others and form support networks and coping strategies through sharing common experiences. Providing Christian literature, DVD’s and CD’s helps educate Clients to manage, marriage, divorce and family dynamics. Relief of those in need Psychological studies show evidence which supports the increased emotional, physical and social benefits of Counselling and Psychotherapy to those in need.Christian Counselling will relieve those in need by increasing self-esteem, promoting self-awareness and coping strategies which will improve the quality of life for individuals within relationships and reintegrate them within communities. It will also better equip individuals to develop more solution-focused problem solving abilities increase confidence and improve the quality of life for those who are disadvantaged. Provide Christian counselling that is based on the principles contained in the Holy Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments enables Clients to make sense of difficult situations they may find themselves in and search for scriptural solutions to various problems. It is always explained at the beginning of counselling that we base our counsel on Biblical principles and the Client, at this stage, has the choice as to whether they want to contract in or out. Provide specific short-term Programmes of Support e.g. on Christian Marriage, helps partners improve their relationships, as appropriate, based on principles contained in the Holy Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments. Provide specific short-term Group Work Support Sessions e.g. on ‘Life after Divorce,’ enables Client’s adapt and cope with their present circumstances. Provide specific short-term Group Work Support Sessions e.g. on ‘Grief and Loss’ enables Client’s to feel they are not alone and develop new ways of being single within their communities. Provide Christian Literature, CD’s and DVD’s are always on a voluntary basis and it is explained to the Client that it is based on the fundamental principles contained in the Holy Scriptures. Relating to the above, we believe it enables Client’s to readjust to specific situations whilst offering hope, empathy and love in difficult situations, including their social, emotional, psychological and spiritual wellbeing, without distinction of age, gender, disability, sexual orientation, nationality, ethnic identity, political or religious denominations. Charitable purposes

3.1 To provide Christian counselling that is based on the principles contained in the Holy Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments, in accordance with the leading, guiding and inspiration of the Holy Spirit; based on the fundamental teachings of the Triune God -Father, Son and Holy Spirit. 3.2 To provide Christian counselling that is free of charge to those who are in need of such. 3.3 To provide specific short-term Programmes of Support as appropriate based on principles contained in the Holy Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments as aforementioned. 3.4 To provide specific short-term Group Work Support Sessions as appropriate; based on the principles contained in the Holy Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments as aforementioned. 3.5 To produce and publish, Christian Literature, CD’s, DVD’s based on the fundamental principles contained in the Holy Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments.
