The direct benefits which flow from this purpose include increased levels of knowledge and transferable vocational skills. These benefits will be evidenced through records kept by the charity of the numbers of beneficiaries who have subsequently obtained jobs and work opportunities. 5. The direct benefits which flow from this purpose include a reduction in poverty and hardship leading to a better quality of life for the beneficiaries. These benefits will be evidenced through an improvement in financial circumstances and living standards. 6. These benefits will be evidenced through feedback from victims of human rights abuse who have been helped by the charity. 8. The direct benefits which flow from this purpose include an increased understanding between people from diverse backgrounds. These benefits will be evidenced through regular assessments and collation of data on activities carried out by the charity. 9. The direct benefits which flow from this purpose include enhanced knowledge and understanding between different racial groups. These benefits will be evidenced through improved behaviour as a result of having an appreciation of other racial groups. Compassion Group Network has been established to eliminate poverty, endorse human rights, to eliminate extremism and to encourage interface dialogue on the basis of humanity. It will also encourage peace building in Northern Ireland to project into Pakistan and other regions.
