Public benefits
The direct benefits which flow from our purposes include the promotion and adoption of a moral framework and encouraging people to be good citizens; increased religious education through bible study, group and private prayer, Sunday school, church groups; increased social inclusion and community cohesion through pastoral/hospital visiting and care
to all in our community as well as primary school assemblies for local schools. Our services and groups are open to all. Our beneficiaries are primarily people living within the area of Clough in County Down however our benefit extends throughout the jurisdiction of Northern Ireland. The Minister receives private incidental benefit of a salary while the organist receives a nominal weekly payment for his services. Both services are necessary to achieve the purposes and are therefore incidental. There is no potential harm from any of our purposes.
