and to teach and encourage them in the service of God. b) To produce, publish and distribute the Scriptures, Christian literature, audio-visual aids, film and any other material of a religious nature, provided that the Trustees shall not engage in any form of permanent trading activity. c) To aid the Christian church in all its ministries. d) To promote Bible reading among people of all ages." 3. "To hold public meetings for the preaching of the Gospel, and for the fellowship and edification of Christians." 4. "To assist in relief of human suffering and poverty consequent upon the effect of personal, local, national or international disaster.” 5. “To provide education to children and adults.” The public benefits which flow from these purposes include people adopting the Christian moral framework of love and good works and coming to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ, experiencing the comfort and fellowship of the local church; increasing people’s spiritual, mental and emotional well-being and knowledge of the Bible; increasing the standard of people’s morals and general behaviour as a result of Christ-centred, public devotional meetings/the preaching of God’s Word in the Annalong Christian Fellowship, and its outreach into the community with The Bridge youth work and other community events at the Riverside Centre; the distribution and access to the Scriptures and Christian literature from the Riverside Centre which promotes people’s growth in understanding and knowledge of the Christian Faith as a result of reading the Bible, God’s Word; also the financial support and donations given by Yeshua Trust/Annalong Christian Fellowship to national and international speakers and missions to accomplish the same purposes in other regions in the UK via radio and publications (UCB Radio and Word for Today) and further afield in developing countries. The benefits which flow from the educational purpose are the improved life chances and career opportunities for children in developing countries afforded by the provision of education and the gaining of recognised educational qualifications, and the benefits to adults in the UK of providing debt counselling and education in money management to avoid poverty and debt. The beneficiaries are the general public of the Annalong area, N Ireland, the UK and overseas developing countries. These benefits are evidenced by: • Feedback from members of the congregation and visitors of Annalong Christian Fellowship. • PSNI reports evidencing the effectiveness of youth and community development through The Bridge. • Regular reports and letters of thanks from national and international speakers, ministries and missions supported by Yeshua Trust. • Reports from Bangladesh and Kenya re. positive educational outcomes. • Reports from CAP re. success of debt counselling and money management programmes in UK. The trustees are not aware of any harm or possibility of harm. The only thing which might be considered a private benefit flowing from this purpose is the ownership by the Trust of The Riverside Centre which is necessary in order to facilitate public meetings and Bible studies (and resulting freewill donations towards national and overseas missions), the outreach facilities for youth and other community outreach events, and the housing of a small library of Bibles, and Christian literature available to the public. Other than cleaning, maintenance and equipment costs, all other outgoings are donations or support in kind through use of the Riverside Centre.
