Public benefits
The public have a place where they can come to worship God and find the fulfilment, satisfaction and peace that brings to their lives. Relationships are made with the people who come to the services and support and help is given to them and others in the community when this is needed. Tullynore Christian Workers Union is a faith based charitable
organization which exists to provide the beneficiaries of the charity with access to public worship on a non-sectarian, non-denominational basis within the local area and further afield, if people wish to travel to the services. The beneficiaries of the charity are primarily those living within the local area. The benefits to beneficiaries include a moral improvement within local society, reduced social isolation and the provision of public meetings for worship. Through these and otherwise it fosters and encourages the spiritual development of its members and attendees. This will in turn lead to local involvement and further charitable work by the members. The beneficiaries of the organization are the followers or adherents of the religion, the wider church and the public generally. Any member of the public may become associated with a public worship meeting as an attendee. These benefits are evidenced through attendance at public meetings of worship and other events. Benefits are demonstrated by: Tullynore Christian Workers Union holds a bi weekly worship service on alternate Sunday nights and a prayer meeting each Monday night. From time to time it will hold a series of special meetings which run Sunday night through Friday night for a two week period, Missionary Organizations are invited to talk about their work and activity at a number of the Sunday night services. Ladies nights are held approximately one per quarter when someone will give a presentation on subjects from wellbeing, through flower arranging, interior design etc. All services are open to the public. Through its own fundraising Tullynore also gives donations to other faith based organizations at the discretion of the Trustees. Tea and coffee are often served after services to encourage friendship and give attendees opportunity to share issues of celebration and concern. All our meetings are open to the public. The Trustees are satisfied that this purpose does not give rise to any harm. There are no private benefits for Trustees arising from this purpose.
