The prevention or relief of poverty - The direct benefits which flow from this purpose include improved standards of living and promotion of family life allowing beneficiaries to live full and rewarding lives and promote their individual well-being, physically, spiritually and emotionally. The advancement of Education - the direct benefits which
flow from this purpose include the promotion of knowledge and understanding and the individual development of the beneficiaries and supporters, which in turn empowers and enriches lives encouraging development of personal confidence and self esteem and the encouragement of new skills which encourages employment. The advancement of Religion - the direct benefits which flow from this purpose include promotion of the spiritual development which in turn helps beneficiaries achieve their full potential. it encourages a positive outlook on live and a better contribution to society as a whole through increased social integration and community cohesion. All the above benefits are evidenced through feed-back from beneficiaries, donors and church supporters. We also produce regular newsletters and advertise our work through the website and other social media platforms, talks and tours in local churches, school and at fund-raising events. There is a risk of harm to volunteers and staff in some countries experiencing conflict however all risks are carefully evaluated and appropriate action taken to mitigate the risk to insure benefits outweigh any potential risks. There is a risk that some children and young people may become dependent upon the care received through our projects; this risk is acknowledged and managed through effective provision of after care and careful nurturing of the capacity to thrive. The beneficiaries are children and young people living around the world particularly in Uganda.
