What your organisation does

The organisation promotes the development of young people in achieving their physical, intellectual and social potential as individuals and as responsible citizens by the provision of education and leisure time activities using a nautical theme. Young people have the opportunity to develop a range of skills with their peers. They also have the

opportunity to experience a range of adventurous activities including; sailing, canoeing and rowing. If they choose, they can become involved in competitions or become instructors in their chosen discipline. There are also a range of class based technical courses which the young people can experience. These complement the water based activities and many are assessed at a NQF Level 2 standard.
