The provision of the space for religious, and social activities leads to increased opportunities for all in the area through a shared space to support and develop the well-being, both mental and physical for the inhabitants. The benefits are demonstrated through an improved quality of life for the inhabitants of the area and increased social interaction. This purpose does not lead to harm. There is no private benefit.
