Public benefits

1. To spread the message of the Bible with the peoples of Asia, in particular India and such other countries as may be determined, including Ireland and United Kingdom. In partnership with churches, other agencies and individuals to spread the message of the Bible and build up the faith of new Christian believers. The benefit which flows from this

purpose is an improved knowledge of the Bible leading to enhanced spiritual welfare and quality of life. These benefits are evidenced in reports provided to donors and churches. This purpose does not result in any harm or private benefit. 2. To share in the training of national Christian workers through seminaries, bible schools, distance learning courses, hospitals, schools and similar institutions for spiritual leadership in the churches and effective evangelism among their own people; and to engage in evangelism and church planting where appropriate. The benefit which flows from this purpose is an improved knowledge and understanding of the Bible, leading to enhanced bible teaching ability. This benefit is further disseminated to those people in rural and remote areas who receive Bible teaching from those beneficiaries who receive the primary and initial training. These benefits are evidenced in reports provided to donors and churches. This purpose does not result in any harm or private benefit. 3. To advance the teaching of the Bible and to promote Christian education among the peoples of India, and other countries by means of hospital and other forms of medical work, schools and other forms of educational work, by the publication and sale of Christian literature, broadcasting in such other means as may be determined by the company either directly or indirectly by giving monetary or other forms of help to other who engaged in such activities. The benefit which flows from this is widely circulated Christian educative information leading to improved knowledge and understanding of the Bible. These benefits are evidenced in financial reports and reports provided to donors and churches. This purpose does not result in any harm or private benefit. 4. To engage in ongoing social work and be involved in emergency relief work as and when necessary. The benefit which flows from this is the provision of aid to reduce the effects of poverty and consequences of disaster when necessary. These benefits are evidenced in reports commission to document such circumstances. This purpose does not result in any harm or private benefit.

Charitable purposes

The Company's objects are to advance the message of the Bible and the teachings of Jesus Christ by means of education, medical, social and spiritual help in accordance with the doctrinal basis set out in Clause 3. (A) (2) hereunder and in particular but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing: (A) (1) (i) To spread the message of the Bible with the peoples of Asia, in particular India, and such other countries as may be determined, including Ireland and United Kingdom; (ii) In partnership with churches, other agencies and individuals to spread the message of the Bible and build up .the faith of new Christian believers; (iii) To share in the training of national Christian workers through seminaries, Bible schools, distance learning courses, hospitals, schools, and similar institutions for spiritual leadership in the churches and effective evangelism among their own people; and to engage in evangelism and church planting where appropriate; (iv) To advance the teaching of the Bible and to promote Christian education among the peoples of India, and other countries· by means of hospital and other forms of medical work, schools and other forms of educational work, by the publication and sale of Christian literature, broadcasting and such other means as may be determined by the Company either directly or indirectly by giving monetary or other forms of help to others engaged in such activities; (v) To engage in ongoing social work and be involved in emergency relief work as and when necessary
