These benefits will be evident through feedback from attendees vis monitoring and evaluation,
usage of the services provided, along with the overall development of the local community. There is no potential harm from this benefit. The charity’s beneficiaries are the people of the SALT community association area. 2. The direct benefits that flow from this purpose include better access to services for people of the SALT community area, decreasing levels of isolation and increasing the quality of life for the residents. These benefits are evident through attendance of recreational, environmental and educational activities. Also via attendance of SALT activities. These benefits are demonstrated through registers attendance lists and feedback given from participants who attend these services. There is no potential harm from this benefit. The charity’s beneficiaries are the people of the SALT community association area. 3. The direct benefits that flow from this purpose include the opportunity for community development as facilities, support and information are provided within this community establishment for everyone in the local community. The community centre will be a central hub for the entire community and will empower smaller groups to become sustainable an to obtain relevant available funding. Rural isolation will in turn decrease through the provision of educational, environmental and recreational activities within the establishment. These benefits will be evident through the registers, attendance lists, usage of the services provided and new services coming to the area along with the development of the local community and voluntary groups and organisations. There is no potential harm from this benefit. The charity’s beneficiaries are the people of the SALT community association area.

The assoiciation has been established to help people in Straidarran, Straid, Sallowilly, Alla, Lisbunny, Ling, Tirglassan, Terrydreen, Teenagh and Tullintrain to identify their needs and to explore with them ways of responding to those needs in such a way that human and spiritual development takes place in the lives of individuals and where the
welfare of the wider community is promoted. In particular the Association would hope to serve the health and social, recreational, education, community and environmental needs of those within the area of benefits, irrespective of creed, class, race or any other distinction of people.
