Public benefits
The direct benefit that flows from the purposes is reduced social isolation by the group getting together. Also there is a better mental outlook for the people who attend and also advice is given in relation to their condition. This is demonstrated by the numbers attending. The beneficiaries are the blind and partially sighted people in the local
area and also their families. There is no harm or private benefit flowing from the purposes.
