What your organisation does

Ciste Infheistíochta Gaeilge (Irish Language Investment Fund) is an independent funder, making grant awards to non-profit taking groups which promote the Irish language. Ciste's grant awards are for capital build projects only (new build or refurbishment), and are available only for projects which are located in the north of Ireland. Applications

to Ciste from project promoters are assessed by the Ciste Board of Directors against the capacity of successful projects to contribute to Ciste's own Company Obects. Ciste does not make awards of Revenue funding but the Capital Build projects funded are assessed as enhancing the physical infrastructure/capacity of local non-profits to deliver the public benefits as noted above.
