Advance community development and citizenship The benefits that flows from this purpose 1) The improvement of social and community infrastructure through provision of training, information, support and advice. 2) To empower rural people/groups enabling them to develop their knowledge and skills to meet the needs of their community, develop action

plans with a vision to bring positive change to the wider community. This is demonstrated through evaluation and numbers attending events. The advancement of education Individuals and groups living in a rural area will benefit from educational and recreational programmes and projects provided. These programmes will increase participants skills and knowledge, improve health and well being and could lead onto further education, qualifications and/or employment. This will be demonstrated through evaluation and numbers participating in training, events and projects. The relief of those in need by reason of youth, age, ill health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage Tackling issues causing disadvantage & poverty through empowering the voice of rural communities and targeting social isolation and reducing poverty. Working in partnership with a wide range of Statutory and Voluntary agencies to offer better access to services. Resulting in reduced isolation, reduced levels of stress and anxiety, improvements to the quality of life of those in need. Health programmes will promote healthy lifestyles within families and improve the overall health and wellbeing and quality of life in Rural Communities. This can be demonstrated through our Annual Reports and ongoing monitoring and evaluation of work carried out. There is no harm flowing from any of these purposes. The beneficiaries are the voluntary and community sector – i.e. our member groups and the general public in the areas we work in.

What your organisation does

TADA Rural Support Network provides tailored support to identify and meet the needs of local rural community groups. We work in partnership and have a good positive relationships with a wide range of Statutory and Voluntary agencies and as such we can offer better access to services, improve quality of life of rural people; providing training for

group development and organising networking events to bring communities together to support rural regeneration. TADA is one of nine Rural support Network providers in Northern Ireland awarded DAERA Rural Development contract to provide local community development support and an advice service to the rural communities.

Charitable purposes

The objects of the Company shall be:- (a) to advance public education particularly but not exclusively by (i) the provision of training courses; (ii) research into local conditions and requirements and the publishing of the useful results thereof. (b) to improve the efficiency of the administration of charities in direct pursuit of their objectives by the provision of advice, information and other assistance.
