1) *The benefits which flow from this purpose include increasing awareness of Biblical doctrine and in particular the Christian gospel and apologetics. *These benefits will be demonstrated and assessed through feedback from the congregation of Liberty church and any others persons who are engaged through programs and events and reviewed. *We
believe this is for the public benefit and so do not foresee any harm caused by this stated purpose. *The benefits of this purpose are provided for the general public of the Mid-Ulster area of Northern Ireland primarily, but also in any part of the world. *The beneficiaries for public benefit are the congregation of Liberty church and the general public both locally in Mid-Ulster and further afield. There is no current private benefit and any future developments of the church and its operation for the promotion of the Christian faith will be monitored to ensure that any private benefit is merely incidental in nature. 2.*The benefits which flow assist in well-being and various needs, according to the stated purpose, in both the congregation and general public within the local Mid-Ulster community and further afield where appropriate. *These benefits will be demonstrated through feedback from the congregation and other public recipients of any care or help provided and reviewed by leaders and Trustees. *The meeting of needs and promoting Christ-centred holistic well-being in and through the church is done for the public benefit without harm to the same. *The benefits of this purpose are provided for the general public of the Mid-Ulster area of Northern Ireland primarily, but also in any part of the world. *The beneficiaries for public benefit including the congregation of Liberty church and the general public both locally and further afield in the UK, Ireland and the world. There is no current private benefit and any future developments of the church toward this purpose will be monitored to ensure that any private benefit is merely incidental in nature. 3.*The benefits which flow from this purpose include the advancement of education of the Christian gospel and kingdom of God through various educating forums. From time to time we seek to raise charitable funds for education projects with partner groups in the less developed world that work with underprivileged children. *These benefits will be demonstrated through feedback from recipients of the Biblical teaching programs that are run, and evaluation from leaders and Trustees. *The promotion of education are for the public benefit and not for harm. *The benefits of this purpose are provided for the general public of the Mid-Ulster area primarily, but also in any part of the world. *The beneficiaries of this purpose of providing Biblical education are for public benefit, namely, the congregation of Liberty church and the general public both locally in Mid-Ulster and further. There is no private benefit and any future developments of the church and its operation for the provision of such Bible based education will be monitored to ensure that any private benefit is merely incidental in nature.

Charitable purposes
The Church is established for the promotion of the Christianity faith, the relief of poverty, sickness, hardship and distress, the advancement of education, the relief of persons in need and the promotion of the benefit of the inhabitants in the Mid-Ulster area of Northern Ireland primarily, but also in any part of the world (the “area of benefit”) without distinction of age, gender, disability/ability, race, ethnic origin, political, religious or other opinion with the objective of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants and in particular: 3.2.1 to advance the Christian faith and promote Christianity in such ways and in such parts of Northern Ireland or the world as the Trustees from time to time may think fit, and in particularly but not exclusively through the provision of Christian literature and the education of people in the area of benefit through evangelism and the provision of biblically based teaching, discipleship training, meetings, bible studies and social activities; 3.2.2 to train Leaders and Pastors and volunteers so that they may work on projects promoted by the Church in the area of benefit; 3.2.3 to relieve sickness, poverty, hunger and financial hardship and to promote and preserve good health by the provision of funds, goods or services of any kind, including through the provision of counselling and support in such parts of Northern Ireland or the world as the Trustees from time to time may think fit; and 3.2.4 to advance education in such ways and in such parts of Northern Ireland or the world as the Trustees from time to time may think fit. 3.2.5 to advance any other exclusively charitable purpose as the trustees, may from time to time, decide in accordance with the law of charity.
