Regardless of age, gender or ethnicity the organisation provides public benefit in the area of benefit as follows Protection and preservation of Health, those who benefit, Medical professionals as they continue to use the up to date knowledge and methodology being shown and offered to them which in turn allows for better treatment of
patients. Those who are ill and terminally ill as they benefit from new approaches and methods of treatment Individuals of all ages in communities as they are treated in facilities fit for purpose, and medical professionals as they work in said facilities. Relief of poverty, those who benefit, The benefit to individuals and families identified to the organisation will be the prevention of hunger and general ill health due to poor housing and living conditions and lack of employment. With the provision of food, fuel and clothing conditions are improved for families and as social services and local NGO’s see the improvement they are in a better position to deal with other issues such as seeking employment or re training for those who are unemployed in the families. Education, those who benefit Beneficiaries are teaching professionals, pupils and toddlers with the provision of up to date teaching tools, educational toys and a safe environment for learning. Children from an early age are taught to play and learn on their own as well as with other children thus learning the importance of sharing and mixing well with other children. Older pupils benefit greatly from the use of audio visual equipment and teachers can make lessons much more interesting for their pupils and for them as they teach. Sports equipment benefits children and teachers alike as the pupils learn the importance of team work and exercise. All Public Benefits are demonstrated by means of regular informal feedback from local NGO’s and Beneficiaries in Kosova “the area of benefit”. None of the Public Benefits cause harm. There is no Private Benefit.

Protection and preservation of health Provide medical equipment and supplies to patients who are ill, in particular those who are terminally ill and by assisting a local Kosovo NGO raise awareness to the general public and medical professionals of the benefits of palliative care and end of life support for families. Provide financial
support/personnel to provide relevant training in palliative care for medical professionals within the area of benefit. Respond in a practical way to requests from medical professionals to restore or renovate medical facilities making them fit for purpose thus benefiting local communities. Relief of poverty. Provide fuel, food, clothing as required for people identified to the organisation by local NGO’s and social services in the area of benefit, who would otherwise be unable to support themselves. Advancement of education Support educational establishments by the provision of visual aid equipment and stationary. Promote outdoor recreational sports activities provided by teachers and volunteer teams. Provide financial and practical support for a preschool facility Respond in a practical way to requests from educational professionals to restore or renovate and make safe educational facilities in the area of benefit. Awareness among the general public is promoted through presentations to community groups and churches. At least once a year volunteers of all ages join short term teams organised by the organisation, to work with women, children, families, and family medicine centres. This is achieved through kids clubs, women’s groups, family visits, provision of food parcels and carrying out practical work if requested.

Charitable purposes
The organisation is established to support by means of financial assistance charitable projects for the protection and preservation of health, the relief of poverty and the advancement of education in Kosova, (the "area of benefit") and in particular to: a) promote awareness among the general public of the work undertaken by the Kosova Support Group within the area of benefit: b) the recruitment, selection and sending out of volunteers for short term service within the area of benefit.
