Public benefits

Our Centre meets the educational needs through the six areas of the curriculum. The direct benefits which flow from this purpose include Children are able to integrate into a mixed community, children have increased confidence and self esteem, children are more able to fit into primary school environment. Children are inquisitive and eager to

learn. parents are better able to meet and understand the needs of their children as well as having a support network for each other. These benefits will be evidenced by the children as they are physically and psychologically nurtured. Children present as more confident individuals, children are aware of other religions and diversity . Verbal feedback from primary school teachers show how pre-school children transition into primary school DENI, social services and early years inspection reports. Parents have three progress meetings throughout the school year to update them on their child's developmental milestones. The Centre offers parents summer scheme facilities for their child during the summer months by providing a timetable of activities. We do not anticipate any harm leading from the purposes of our charity. The charity's beneficiaries are people within the Seskinore and neighbouring areas in Omagh District council. The only private benefit flowing from this purpose is that a trustee will gain skills and knowledge through training opportunities. The trustees gain skills which are transferable to other settings. These benefits are incidental and necessary to ensure the benefit is provided to our beneficiaries.

Charitable purposes

The Group is established to promote play based learning environments for all children under statutory school age, afterschool and summer scheme care (hereinafter referred to as the beneficiaries) of the area served Seskinore and its surrounding environs in County Tyrone (hereinafter called the "area of benefit") without distinction of age, gender, marital status, disability, sexual orientation, nationality, ethnic identity, political or religious opinion, by associating the statutory authorities, community and voluntary organisations and the inhabitants in a common effort to advance education, and in particular: a) to advance the education of the beneficiaries by the provision of safe and satisfying group play, with the right of parents/carers to take responsibility for and to become involved in the activities of the group; and to promote the preservation of health of the beneficiaries; and b) to support the values and principles of Early Years.
