Public benefits
Those who benefit from our organisations purpose are as follows - Men and women boys and girls who find themselves caught in addictions to alcohol, legal and illegal drugs and their families, irrespective of their religious background, nationality or skin colour. (The only condition is that they have an addiction and desire for help.) These people
benefit by being set free from their addiction and returned to their families, the workplace, and society. These benefits are clearly demonstrated by the change in life style of a person no longer living with or in an addiction. It is seen in the family unit, also by the return to the workplace . It is also seen by bringing to an end a previous life of minor and sometimes major crime, and also by improved personal hygiene and health. The only private benefit is received by the husband and wife who live in the rehab. centre (Hebron House). They are the house keepers and have a small flat (with out charge) and eat the food of the house. There is no potential harm in the ministry.

1 We deliver the Christian faith using Bible teaching and principles (non-denominational) to people living with addictions to alcohol, prescribed drugs and illegal drugs in Siberia Russia. 2. We preserve and protect the health of those actually suffering from addiction to alcohol, prescribed drugs and illegal drugs in Siberia Russia by providing
residential rehabilitation and provide respite to the families of those in addictions. 3. We return the addict into the social system. This involves reinstatement of personal documents like passports / work permits. Also the return of the addict to the work place after sometimes months and even years of unemployment. This work is centered in a rehabilitation center called 'Hebron House' in the city of Novosibirsh Siberia. It is staffed by volunteer workers and ex-residents while the day to day running costs like food, heating gas, electricity, rates, house maintenance etc are provided for from the Hebron House Chaitable Trust Ltd. The period of stay for most residents is 6 weeks. With a further period (in special cases) up to one year known as 'adaptation' where residents live at Hebron but work in the community for adaptation back into the community. The desire of our Trust is that these men and women will be returned back into society as valuable, contributing members of their community and families.
