direct benefit which flows from this purpose is increased engagement and education of children and young people to access, appreciate and enjoy arts and culture laying the foundation for future creativity. The direct benefit which flows from this purpose is better community cohesion and increased tolerance creating a more positive and imaginative society. Benefits are evidenced through feedback from beneficiaries, stakeholders and funders. This purpose does not give rise to any harm. The beneficiaries of this purpose are people living in Northern Ireland. A private benefit to trustees may arise from our programme of ongoing training in good governance, finance etc. through this training trustees gain skills and experience which are transferable to other settings. These skills are incidental and necessary to ensure the benefit is provided to the beneficiaries.

To concentrate on the visual potential of theatre through fusion with other art forms such as dance, music, circus, magic and film to create a unique sense of spectacle. To develop skills for practitioners and the dissemination of professional theatre skills to a wider community. Big Telly's vision is delivered through the following objectives:
- 1 . The production and touring of innovative theatre that surprises, stimulates and ignites the imagination throughout Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, mainland UK and Internationally; 2. The creation of projects with unique strategies of engagement with audiences; 3. The development of educational and outreach programmes, open rehearsals and community creativity projects , through workshops, talks and summer schools; 4. The facilitation of the growth of cultural activity throughout Northern Ireland and to actively seek opportunities to showcase Northern Ireland work abroad; 5. The delivery of skills enhancement opportunities; 6. Maximising the resources available for work through enhancing existing and developing new partnerships ; 7. Developing the capacity of the company to meet the challenges of a changing environment. Big Telly is one of the largest theatre employers in Northern Ireland, and a typical annual programme of work includes two original theatre productions which tour nationally, a year long outreach programme with older people including five to ten productions and 700 workshops, at least three community-based events, and projects with five to ten local schools and one/two collaboration s with the business community and an ongoing youth theatre creating site-specific and street theatre.
