We are a church in Inner South Belfast who passionately believe in social justice and in making a positive impact on our community - the Holyland and wider Belfast by addressing poverty and encouraging social inclusion and cohesiveness. We meet weekly on Sunday mornings for public worship and teaching and also midweek in home groups for further
study and support. We partner with a free debt advice service called Christians against Poverty (CAP) that covers the South & West area of Belfast that has seen many families and individuals go debt free. We share our resources with the local community by opening our building throughout the week to craft groups, Friendship club, Resident groups, community meetings, Refugee & asylum seeker groups. We run a community garden club and an outdoor playgroup in our Community Garden area on Thursday mornings. The community garden produces organic fruit and vegetables is run by volunteers. We founded and now partner with South Belfast Foodbank, which provides emergency food parcels for 3 days on referral from 30+ agencies in the South Belfast area and signposting information.
