Public benefits

The public benefit of Coleraine Rural & Urban Network which flows for our objects is to offer charitable organisations and voluntary & community groups within the North West Region of Northern Ireland to support and develop the work of these organisations and groups by providing space for training and education. This will help with the advancement

of citizenship and help develop and empower local communities within the region. These activities will also help with the prevention and relief of poverty, health and wellbeing. We also provide support services and a neutral space in the centre of Coleraine for use by all communities within the region.

What your organisation does

Our organisation is a community group which provides advice and support for all voluntary and community groups within the North West Region. We also provide a neutral space within the heart of Coleraine Town Centre for charitable organisations to further their own work. We will also organise various training activities and events for the betterment

of the local communities and to empower individuals to make their communities better places for all and improve the quality of life for all its inhabitants.

Charitable purposes

The objects of Coleraine Rural & Urban Network shall be to promote the benefit of the inhabitants of the North West Region and its environs and in particular to support and develop the work of community-based and voluntary groups in charitable activity which seek to relieve poverty, advance education and improve the quality of life of the inhabitants of the area of benefit by providing office accommodation and support services and an inclusive and open venue for members of the community. The promotion of such other charitable purposes as may from time to time be determined.
