The direct benefit which flows from the purpose include advancing the education and promoting play based learning environments for all children of preshool age in the Dromore area, without distinction of gender, disability, nationality, ethnic identity, political or religious opinion by associating the statutoy authorities, community and voluntary

organisations and the inhabitants in a common effort to advance education. The children of our community benefit from: The provision of play opportunities and early education experiences enabling each child to achieve their full potential. Children experience routine under the supervision of qualified adults in preparation for life experiences. Children have fun experiences through interaction with their piers including children from various communities and children with specific needs. These benefits are demonstrated through feedback from parents and regular independant evaluations of our services. There is no known potential harm associated with this benefit. The beneficaries of this purpose are the parents/carers and preschool children in the Dromore area. Staff Salaries may be considered a private benefit however these are necessary to ensure the benefit is provided to our beneficaries.

What your organisation does

Rainbow Preschool advances the education of pre-school children in the dromore area by providing safe and satisfying group play, with the right of parents/carers to take responsibility for and to become involved in the activities of the group, and too promote the preservation of health of the beneficiaries; promoting the six areas of pre-school

cirriculum and supporting the values and principles of Early Years. Rainbow Pre-school is run by the management committee.

Charitable purposes

The Group is established to advance education and to promote play based learning environments for all children below statutory school age (hereinafter referred to as the beneficiaries) of Dromore and its environs in Co. Down ( hereinafter called the “area of benefit” without distinction of gender, disability, nationality, ethnic identity, political or religious opinion, by associating the statutory authorities, community and voluntary organisations and the inhabitants in a common effort to advance education, and in particular: a) to advance the education of the beneficiaries by the provision of safe and satisfying group play, with the right of parents/carers to take responsibility for and to become involved in the activities of the group, and too promote the preservation of health of the beneficiaries; and b) to support the values and principles of Early Years.
