Public benefits

1. Advancement of Religion The public benefit from our ´advancement of religion´ purpose is the provision of tools to cultivate personal spiritual and emotional well-being through the message of the Bible and the Christian faith. The community is also benefited through the teaching and promotion of Christian and moral values, such as love,

integrity, service and citizenship, generosity, tolerance and forgiveness, unity, and respect. We can demonstrate these benefits coming from our organization through the people participating in our Sunday services, Bible studies, workshops and religious courses, and events. We believe that as people enter into a living relationship with Jesus Christ, their lives, homes, and communities, and ultimately nations will be transformed – resulting in healthy marriages and families, in reconciliation between people groups, in community service and reduction of poverty, etc. This purpose of our charity does not lead to harm. The beneficiaries of this purpose are the general public - families, students, young professionals, the elderly, internationals, marginalized groups, etc. The private benefit from our ´advancement of religion´ purpose is that, in teaching classes, Bible studies, etc, and leading events, trustees also learn more about their faith and grow personally, but this is incidental and necessary to the operation of our charity. 2. Relief of Those in Hardship or Poverty The public benefit coming from our purpose to relieve those in hardship and poverty is both local and international. We endeavor to provide physical, emotional, and spiritual aid to people in situations of need through charitable donations, home and hospital visitations, counseling, and community outreach projects. We demonstrate the benefit arising from our ‘relief purpose’ through the individuals and communities assisted through our charitable donations, the people encouraged from home and hospital visitations and counseling, and through positive feedback from our community outreach projects, locally and internationally. There is no harm arising from our ‘relief purpose’. The people who benefit from our ´relief purpose' are locals and internationals in Belfast and Northern Ireland who are disadvantaged, require financial aid, and/or are in emotional distress, as well as other ministries who require support to assist in nations in need of humanitarian aid. Anyone could potentially benefit from this purpose: university students, teenagers and at-risk youth, the elderly, the sick, etc. There is no private benefit arising from this purpose.

What your organisation does

Our organization conducts weekly worship services, Bible studies, workshops and religious courses, and events. These may include, for example, youth and student outreaches, marriage courses, leadership training, and children’s religious education. Additionally, we officiate wedding and funeral services, baptisms, and baby dedications for members

of Every Nation Belfast. We also are committed to being a socially responsible church that serves the community through such means as charitable donations, visitations, counseling, and community outreach. For us, social responsibility extends beyond Northern Ireland to the nations, and thus we give and go abroad for mission trips to serve communities in poverty and other types of need.
