To advance the Christian faith in accordance with the teachings of New Covenant Ministries Ltd which is directed by the Head Pastor in Northern Ireland or after consultation with the Trustees. To advance the awareness of God’s Love for all people in the local community and through Northern Ireland. This will be demonstrated through the testimonies

of those who have received healing and a change of lifestyle for the better, For example, People have testified that they had been healed in our church meetings, and we have seem people who were drinking and taking drugs who have stopped though the teaching of the word. We preach the gospel to all people and invite all people to come to get saved and healed. This is done without discriminating. Who so ever response to the invitation gets the benefits. Therefore everyone has the potential to benefit from this object across Northern Ireland. Promoting the Christian faith should in no way cause any harm to any person in any way. However there may be other people who may be offended, but as long as the promotion is done respectfully there should be no harm caused. In no way will anyone gain private benefits as a result of advancing the Christian Faith. 3.2 To promote unity among the different communities of Northern Ireland The benefits for this purpose is to create peace and understanding between the different communities in Northern Ireland. The benefits of this purpose will be established through reconciliation, reduced crime and antisocial behaviour. Everyone will potentially benefit from this object across Northern Ireland when love, peace and unity is created. Hate crime will be reduced when there is love peace and unity. Promoting unity should in no way cause any harm to any person in any way. There are more positive results from this than negative results. In no way will anyone gain private benefits as a result of promoting unity in Northern Ireland. 3.3 To relieve persons who are in conditions of need or hardship or who are aged or sick and to relieve the distress caused thereby in Northern Ireland as the trustees may from time to time think fit and according to the available resources; To relieve poverty and hardship by physically providing food clothing. This will be demonstrated through the testimonies of those who have received help and the relief of hardship. Everyone found in hardship, aged or sick will potentially benefit from across Northern Ireland depending on resources available. There should in no way be any harm caused to any person in any way by relieving persons in hardship. In no way will anyone gain private benefits as a result of providing for the people in need in Northern Ireland.

What your organisation does

New Covenant Ministries (NCM) has the following powers, which may be exercised only in promoting the Objects: 4.1 To arrange or join in arranging and providing for the holding of worship services, meetings, seminars, conferences and training courses; 4.2 To carry out street Evangelism and offer prayers to the public 4.3 To provide

assistance and support to those members of NCM Church’s congregation who are in need; 4.4 To publish or distribute information through, Flyers, Tracts, social media and New Covenant Ministries web site. 4.10 To do anything else within the law which promotes or helps to promote the Objects.
