Bleary Farmers Hall Management Committee intends beneficiaries to be the people who benefit from the Management Committee’s charitable purposes. Anyone is a potential beneficiary. The Farmers Hall is utilised by a varying age range, ranging from early teen age years through to the elderly. The majority of those benefiting reside within the environs
of the Bleary area and bound by the wards of the local authority borough. There are no private benefits attached to any of the purposes. Purpose ? Advancement of Community Development- The Direct benefit which flows from this purpose is the promotion of volunteers and the provision of a community hall for the whole community. The benefits are demonstrated through the number of user groups/ organisations/ private bookings and the general feedback from users. This purpose leads to no harm ? Advancement of Education- The Direct benefit which flows from this purpose is the promotion of education through various mediums. These include tuition classes/courses. Classes can range from IT Training, photography, arts and crafts and cookery. The benefits can be assessed by the number of persons attending, their respective feedback and their willingness to participate in further learning. This purpose does not give rise to any harm. ? Relief of Poverty- The Direct benefit which flows from this purpose is the promotion of those from rural and isolated areas lacking in opportunities and through varying courses and events provided, greater opportunity exists for all. As Bleary Farmers Hall, is situated on the periphery of some of the most deprived wards in Northern Ireland, activities provided, are provided at reasonably costs or nil cost. The Farmers Hall also provides luncheons and tea party type events to encourage community capacity building measures and the life of inhabitants in general. This purpose does not give rise to any harm. ? Provision of Facilities- The Direct benefit which flows from this purpose is the provision of a rural community facility for an isolated population, whilst providing an opportunity to foster a community spirit and community cohesion. The provision of the rural hall also provides an opportunity for volunteering, promotes the interaction of general knowledge between parties and varying groups and their respective abilities and allows social inclusion. Bleary Farmers Hall is utilised by at least 800 persons per month. This purpose does not give rise to any harm.

Organise lectures, classes, meetings and community fundraising events and other
forms of leisure-time and recreational and educational development. The Hall which Bleary Farmers Hall Management provide is used for indoor bowling; agricultural related meetings; an agricultural show society; three craft classes; young peoples youth club; musical tuition/ pipe band; rural sports inclusive of shooting club; private events and family parties.
