The trust's purpose is to manage investments and to pay or apply the capital or income to or towards or for the benefit or in furtherance of such charitable purposes charitable institutions or charitable foundations in the territories as detailed in Schedule 1 of the Trust Deed. The charities and beneficiaries of the Esmé Mitchell Trust benefit
from the financial assistance given as this assistance enables them to carry out their work for the public benefit. The benefits are evidence through feedback from the charities. There is no harm and no private benefit flowing from carrying out the purposes of the Esme Mitchell Trust.
