Charity Purposes : The Company’s objects are to preserve for the benefit of the inhabitants of Belfast and in particular of West Belfast whatever of the historical, architectural and constructural heritage may exist in and around the Conway Mill Complex in the form of buildings of particular beauty or historical, architectural or constructional

interest. Benefit element : The purpose of this charity is to provide management and administration to secure, by such means as are available, the preservation , protection and restoration of The Mill, a listed building, for the benefit of the inhabitants of Belfast. Benefits : The benefits include the maintenance of a listed building for use by the local community, visitors and tourists. Demonstrate : What was once a nearly derelict building is now structurally secure and being fully used by the local community, small businesses and other charitable organisations. Public element :The charity's beneficiaries are people and business living in N Ireland who use and visit The Mill, Conway Street. Private benefit : This is no private benefit.

What your organisation does

The refurbishment of the two main blocks within the Mill complex has provided great benefits to the area. The board of Trustees continues to work to: Tackle dereliction; Facilitate business development; Promote educational opportunities; Develop economic opportunities; Promote Tourism locally and Improved health and wellbeing for the people of the

area.
