To provide grants to organisations for specific projects to help towards the advancement of education. The direct benefits which flows from this purpose will be the improvement of educational standards for children or the improvement of facilities within schools. These benefits can be demonstrated through feedback from the organisations on each

project on whether or not the objectives set for each project have been achieved. To provide grants to organisations for specific projects to help improve the environment through either the protection of the natural environment, the provision of facilities for recreation or other leisure time occupations in the interests of social welfare or the promotion of urban and/or rural regeneration in areas of social or economic deprivation. The direct benefits which flows from this purpose includes improved environment and facilities for people living in N.Ireland. These benefits can be demonstrated through feedback from the organisations on each project on whether or not the objectives set for each project have been achieved To provide grants to organisations for specific projects to help with the relief of poverty, ill health, the aged or disabled persons. The direct benefits which flows from this purpose includes improved living standards for those affected and reduced levels of stress & anxiety. These benefits can be demonstrated through feedback from the organisations on each project on whether or not the objectives set for each project have been achieved. We do not envisage any harm flowing from these benefits We envisage no private benefits will arise. The charity beneficiaries are those living in Northern Ireland.

Charitable purposes

The income of the Trust shall be applied in making grants and donations for any charitable purposes including in particular the advancement of education, the relief of poverty, the protection and preservation of health, the relief of the aged and disabled persons, the protection of the natural environment, the provision of facilities for recreation or other leisure time occupation in the interests of social welfare, the promotion of urban and/or rural regeneration in areas of social and economic deprivation for the benefit of the inhabitants of Northern Ireland and the remainder of the United Kingdom.
