This is facilitated by a program for adult Christians of different traditions who want to grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ and take more of a leadership

role/more apostolic action in their home congregations and environment. It is a well-structured approach carefully designed to lead participants to an improved knowledge and greater awareness of the Christian faith, to a more ardent practice of the ideals of Christianity for the benefit of all and to an increased ability to provide leadership to their church and area. Things which Christian Churches, have in common are emphasized and those which are different are respected. Benefits are evidenced through: (1) Strengthened in their relationships with Jesus Christ through having completed a three phased program candidates go on to participate in regular reunion groups, where relationships are deepened, plus other regular gatherings and various activities such as family picnics, barbecues and quiz evenings, all of which serve to enhance/rebuild cross-community relationships (i.e. rebuilding the Catholic, Protestant and other divide in the community)and to more apostolic action in their home congregations and environment. (2) Participants in the program are self-financed however for those requiring financial assistance consideration is given to meet any shortfall from Tres Dias’ funds, where possible. (3) ‘Tres Dias House’, the headquarters of Tres Dias in Ireland is situated in two adjoining premises on the Mid Springfield/Shankill interface from where a variety of activities/consequential talks are open to residents living on the interface to renew their Christian commitment and practice Christian principles in their everyday life and help others to discover and achieve a Christian way of life.
