Public benefits
Our charity purposes are to benefit the children of northern Ireland, who have been diagnosed as life limited (through acquired brain injury). The main aim is to enable children to be cared for at home and we as the charity will provide Nursing care, equipment etc to ensure that the family unit (wherever they reside within Northern Ireland) remain
together at home. Our governing document and mission statement has been created, signed and thoroughly understood by our trustees. They are aware of the benefits of the organisation and that we will cause no harm to the public. Our sole purpose is only of charitable means, there is no financial gain to any trustee and all generated funds are specifically dedicated to enable us to help all life limited children remain at home for as long as possible.

We will arrange and help pay for additional palliative care nursing at home for all life limited children of Northern Ireland. We will offer financial guidance regarding benefits and external funding to all families with a child who is life limited. A photographer can be arranged and paid for to capture precious memories of the child and their
family. We further aim to provide essential equipment to make life easier (ie car seats, prams etc) for the family to remain at home with their child. We will endeavour to support the family on any legal journey regarding "the voice of the child" and "children's rights to life". The organisation will provide assistance within the family home regarding domestic services and other family commitments.
