Public benefits

The trustees believe that the purpose satisfies both elements of the public benefit requirement. The direct benefits which flow from this purpose include raising awareness of age appropriate play based learning among parents and carers and the provision of early years education for children under statutory school age in this area. These benefits

are evidenced through feedback from parents. Early Years Advisor and regular evaluation of the service by Social Services and the Education and Training Inspectorate. This purpose does not give rise to any harm. The beneficiaries of the purpose are children under statutory school age living in Donemana and its surrounding area. A private benefit flowing from this purpose it that gained by a trustee from our programme of ongoing training in good governance, finance etc which is transferable to other settings. These benefits are incidental and necessary to ensure the benefit is provided to our beneficiaries.
