Purpose – To promote and advance in Northern Ireland the education and training of persons employed or intending to be employed in the transport industry. The Benefit that flows from our purpose. Members of the public have the opportunity for increased education and enhanced employability in the transport sector through increased access and

opportunities to participate in apprenticeship training and other available courses. How this benefit is demonstrated. The benefit is demonstrated through pass rates and customer satisfaction forms. For example, in 2014 the CPC Management courses obtained a pass rate of 75% against a national average of 59% and the ADR achievement rate was 99%. In addition to this the centre is monitored by various bodies relevant to the organisation. A recent Education Training Inspectorate (ETI) inspection by the Department of Education and Learning (DEL) was carried out and the results will shortly be available on both the ETI website and company website. For your additional information we are accredited by ISO and Investors in People (IIP). We also carry out our own customer satisfaction surveys. In a recent ISO inspection, it was noted that we achieved an average of 96% customer satisfaction across all courses.
