Public benefits
The direct benefits which flow from our purpose include ... Reduction in social isolation by giving people the opportunity to get out to social events, improved health and wellbeing, becoming more mobile through physical activities such as dances, learning new skills through for instance computer and photography skills These benefits are
demonstrated through... Questionnaires following events or visits and listening to feedback both positive and negative to allow us to ensure the benefits are appropriate and adjust our activities if necessary The charity’s beneficiaries are.... Those living in the Cranagh and Aghagallon areas particularly the older people of the area. There is no harm flowing from our purposes. The only private benefit flowing from this purpose is training for volunteers and trustees in areas such as risk assessments and working with vulnerable adults which increases their experience but this is incidental and necessary to ensure the proper running of the organisation
