The Charity is established for the advancement of the Christian religion in Northern Ireland and throughout the world. The Charity’s objects are to: 1. Preach the Gospel. The benefit that flows from this purpose is that the the Christian religion is communicated. These benefits will be demonstrated through the conduct and testimony of those who
have heard and applied the message of the Gospel. There is no foreseeable harm in this purpose. The beneficiaries of this purpose are any member of the general public in Northern Ireland and throughout the world to whom the preaching of the Gospel is heard and applied. The only private benefit flowing from this purpose is the training and equipping of those that preach the gospel and those acquired skills are transferable to other settings. This is incidental and necessary for the achievement of our purpose and to ensure the benefit is provided to our beneficiaries. 2. Encourage Christian living and the moral and ethical standards inherent therein. The benefits that flow from this purpose include assistance to develop Christian moral and ethical standards for living. This will be demonstrated by individuals having greater adherence to the principles and practices of the Christian religion. There is no harm envisaged in this purpose. The beneficiaries of this purpose are any members of the general public in Northern Ireland and throughout the world. There may be private benefit to those who receive training to achieve this purpose. Their acquired skills and abilities could be used in other environments. This is incidental and necessary for the achievement of our purpose and to ensure that the benefit is provided to our beneficiaries. 3. Promote and support missionary endeavours. The benefit that flows from this purpose is that the Christian religion is communicated throughout the world. This will be demonstrated by the reports of the charity’s missionary endeavours and by the conduct and testimony of those impacted by such activities. Promoting and supporting missionary endeavours may involve travel to foreign and developing countries that could pose a risk to health and safety. This is necessary to achieve the purpose and the risk of harm will be minimised by training and policies for protection of those involved in such activities. The beneficiaries of this purpose are any member of the general public throughout the world. Private benefits may be to those who have received necessary training and the opportunity to travel. This is incidental and necessary for the achievement of our purpose and to ensure that the benefit is provided to our beneficiaries. 4. Contribute to the spiritual and moral education of Christians. The benefit that flows from this purpose is that individuals are instructed in their knowledge of the Christian religion. This will be demonstrated by individuals' increased knowledge and understanding of the Christian religion. There is no harm identifiable in this purpose. The beneficiaries of this purpose are any adherents to the Christian religion in Northern Ireland and throughout the world. There may be private benefit to those who receive training to achieve this purpose. Their ability to teach could be transferable to other situations. This is incidental and necessary for the achievement of our purpose and to ensure the benefit is provided to our beneficiaries.
