Public benefits
The direct benefits which flow from this purpose include improved health including mental, physical & spiritual as well youth development & education. ? These benefits are demonstrated through feedback from the charity and in some cases the continued existence of the charity that required funding to continue to exist ? We do not believe the purpose
of the charity will lead to any harm The charity’s beneficiaries are other local charities and local/national organisations connected to a charity for example a youth group connected to a church, supporting public needs that fall with the purpose of the charity. ? The charity for example supports local mental heath, drug, alcohol abuse charities as well donating to emergency relief appeals through national organisations and charities for example the Tsunami appeal, Ebola crisis, Haiti. ? The only private benefit flowing from this purpose relates to directors of the charity holding office on the board of one of the local charities/member of church or church governing body that receives donations and this is incidental.
