conditions of life may be improved. What benefit flows from this purpose? The direct benefits which flow from this purpose include improved positive educational outcomes, increase in social skills, improvement in emotional well-being and an increase in spiritual development in the lives of children, young people and adults in the Gobnascale area of Derry. This purpose will also provide an overall improvement in community life. Can you demonstrate this? These benefits are demonstrated through regular monitoring and evaluation forms for each of our funding bodies, attitudinal surveys from our beneficiaries, focus group sessions with our beneficiaries, feedback from beneficiary evaluation forms and statistics from relevant statutory bodies. This information may be found in our main funders annual report. Is any harm or possibility of harm outweighed by the benefit? There is no identifiable harm to any person through the pursuit of the above organisational purpose. Public Element Who is the benefit for? The beneficiaries of this purpose are children, young people and adults in the Gobnascale area in Derry. Is there any private benefit? Is it incidental or necessary? A private benefit is that gained by a Trustee who may avail of the services offered by The Whistle Project. The benefit is incidental as Trustees are members of the community. Trustees may also gain skills and experience and an increased sense of well-being through their role as trustees. The wider community benefits from the positive contribution made by children, young people and adults in their community as a result of their engagement with The Whistle Project. This benefit is incidental and necessary for the work of the organisation to take place.
