Purpose 1: The Company's objects are specifically restricted to the relief of poverty, sickness and the aged The direct benefits which flow from this purpose include: increased socialisation and opportunities to meet others through our events; improved emotional well being and physical health; participants are more informed about other sources of
help and support. These benefits will be evidenced by attendance registers; feedback sheets; photographs of events, promotional materials, including website, church bulletins and local press as well as newsletter; verbal feedback from participants. We do not anticipate any harm leading from the purposes of our charity. The charity’s beneficiaries are people in the Drumnakilly area of Omagh District Council. There are no private benefits occurring from the activities of the group. Purpose 2: To advance education, and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation or other leisure time occupation The direct benefits which flow from this purpose include: gaining new skill and knowledge from educational/recreational classes; updating existing skills/ knowledge e.g. first Aid; increased socialisation and opportunities to meet others through our events; improved emotional well being and physical health; participants are more informed about other sources of help and support. These benefits will be evidenced by attendance registers; certificates of achievement; feedback sheets; photographs of events, promotional materials, including website, church bulletins and local press as well as newsletter; verbal feedback from participants.
