Public benefits
The trust benefits the public by advancing the Christian faith through providing worship services that are open to the public and through various forms of outreach. Many people in the community have found that the teaching they have received in the worship services and/or in the discipleship programmes have helped them with their own mental, moral,
and spiritual wellbeing as well as to become better members of society. Benefits can be demonstrated through our social media accounts (Facebook has reviews from visitors & regular attenders saying how much they have benefited from attending the church). We also have a visitors book in the church which shows we have do serve the city & the wider area's. Again our social media accounts would demonstrate that the regular attenders are involved in outreach activities to reach our community with the gospel. We are also growing as a church via some of these activities. The beneficiaries are people who attend our services, involved in any of our outreach activities, receive in-depth teaching about the Christian faith through a Foundations discipleship programme and the wider community. There is no harm. The pastor receives a private benefit of a salary. This is necessary to achieve our purposes and is therefore incidental.
