Public benefits

The object of the PTA is to advance the education of the pupils in the school by providing and assisting in the provision of additional educational resources for the school. The benefit which flows from this purpose includes improved and enhanced educational progress of all pupils and improved links with the local community. These benefits will

be demonstrated through feedback from our pupils, parents, Governors and local residents. There is no harm flowing from our purpose. The charity’s beneficiaries are the pupils of Riverdale PS. There is no private benefit flowing from our purpose.

What your organisation does

The PTA organises a range of fund raising activities throughout the school year. We seek to involve not only the parents and children at the school but also family and the surrounding school community.
