The direct benefits which flow from the purposes include greater levels of good health and physical fitness, self-confidence, self-discipline and self and community pride. We help to improve community life through maintaining sports facility for use by the community. We help to improve fitness levels within the community, Cut levels of anti-social
behaviour and low level crime, combat poverty levels by encouraging older members (16 yrs +) to attend courses such as boxing coaches, first aid, disability awareness, etc., which we source for them. Being involved in the group instils a sense of understanding and tolerance of others regardless of race, gender, religion or any other factor and also instils a sense of personal and community awareness and pride. These benefits are demonstrated through feedback from parents and schools, also through competition results and comparison of previous fitness levels. The purposes of our charity may lead to the following harm Minor sport related injuries. We can show that this harm is outweighed by the benefits through Healthier lifestyle, greater levels of physical and mental fitness, greater understanding and tolerance of others which helps foster good cross-community relations, greater levels of self-discipline which helps cut levels of anti-social behaviour and low level crime, increased concentration levels which helps in school, employment and daily life. The charity’s beneficiaries are the community, mainly children and young people who are economically/socially, or both, deprived. Most are from low income/unemployed or single parent families. There is no private benefit flowing from this purpose for any trustee or coach

We coach and train children and adults in the art and discipline of amateur boxing. This includes fitness and skills training, competition and joint training sessions with other boxing clubs throughout Ireland, North and South. We also source courses for our older members to attend which helps them gain basic teaching skills and minor
