They learn new coping strategies, diet and health nutrition and stress management techniques. In addition, they benefit from our 24x 7 support helpline and one to one psychological support

sessions. These benefits are demonstrated in that confidential notes are taken from every client who seeks beneficial help from Yellow Ribbon of a psychological nature. Our policy dictates that we record all positive benefits experienced by all clients at our face to face sessions, and clients evaluate our interventions daily three times each week. We use newly designed evaluation forms besides entries in our clients psychological case-load book . Evaluations are also reported in our Annual report available at any time for inspection. Many of our clients have a history of self harm either by self cutting, drug or alcohol abuse before they come to us. They often have chronic stress, physical pain and or anxiety. Our prevention, intervention and post vention services , support and applications removes and outweighs all distress pain anxiety in every client. It is evidence based in our risk assessment using the Patient Health Questionnaire and STORM suicidal risk management procedures. Clients normally report that our intervention using these helps them overcome high risk harmful behaviours. The Charity’s beneficiaries all members of the general public who avail of our wide range of services day and night twenty four hours each day. Private benefit all Committee members of Yellow Ribbon undergo regular training on all aspects of Charity Governance in order to maintain transparency and integrity of its members including all volunteers.
