Public Benefits To relieve the symptoms of those individuals who are suffering from multiple sclerosis, sports injuries and other medical conditions for which H.B.O. therapy would be beneficial. To advance the health of those individuals who are suffering from multiple sclerosis, sports injuries and other medical conditions for which H.B.O. therapy

would be beneficial. To benefit the families of those individuals who are suffering from multiple sclerosis, sports injuries and other medical conditions for which H.B.O. therapy would be beneficial through the improved health and wellbeing of such individuals. To benefit the community at large through the improved health and wellbeing of those individuals who are suffering from multiple sclerosis, sports injuries and other medical conditions for which H.B.O. therapy would be beneficial. The benefits of those individuals suffering from multiple sclerosis, sports injuries and other medical conditions for which H.B.O. would be beneficial are demonstrated through our in-house annual returns and monitoring system, supervised by our medical advisors, Emeritus Professor of Medicine University of Dundee P.B. James and his assistant Dr. Petra Kliempt. Newry and Mourne M.S. Community Therapy Centre Ltd. is committed to improving the quality of life of those suffering from multiple sclerosis, sports injuries and other medical conditions for which H.B.O. would be beneficial, in a friendly and relaxed environment. Any Harm Arising from the Purpose and Whether it is Outweighed by The Benefit. In provision of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (hereinafter referred as HBO ) there are No side effects from the Oxygen, however the change of pressure may cause some ear or sinus discomfort. There are several ways to counteract this and the chamber attendant will help you discover the method that suits you best. 1. Usually the easiest way to clear the ears is to swallow. 2. Some may find that blowing their nose whilst holding it and their mouth closed is also successful. Therefore the benefits outweigh the harm. No One Gains A Private Benefit: A high proportion of Centre Directors/Trustees are people affected by Multiple Sclerosis. Centre Motto is SELF –HELP Is Our Way of Action They all contribute by way of weekly donations towards their therapy sessions received at M.S. Community Therapy Centre and fundraise annually in the community towards the upkeep of our centre.

Charitable purposes

The company’s objects are: (i) To aid and improve for the public benefit and condition of those suffering from multiple sclerosis also sports injuries and other medical conditions for which Hyperbaric Oxygen ( hereinafter referred to as H.B.O.) would be beneficial by any lawful means including any of the following means:- (a) By bringing together persons suffering from multiple sclerosis, sports injuries and other medical conditions for which H.B.O. would be beneficial and persons interested in multiple sclerosis, sports injuries and other medical conditions. (b) By providing advice, guidance and moral and practical support for persons suffering from multiple sclerosis, sports injuries and other medical conditions compatible with H.B.O. therapy. (c) By providing therapy for persons suffering from multiple sclerosis, sports injuries and other medical conditions compatible with H.B.O. therapy.
