These benefits are evidenced through regular feedback from our service users and their families and a lot of the services delivered by Lakeland Community Care Limited are regularly monitored, inspected and evaluated by the Western Health and Social Services Trust and Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority. There is no intended harm flowing from the purposes of Lakeland Community Care Limited. The beneficiaries of Lakeland Community Care Limited’s purpose are elderly people, persons with mental health disorders and those with disabilities living within rural County Fermanagh and its hinterland. A private benefit may arise for trustees of Lakeland Community Care Limited from the organisations training in governance, meeting requirements of tender contracts, finance, managing staff, reviewing performance, etc., as through this training trustees may gain knowledge, skills and experience that could potentially benefit them in other personal, community or work settings. These benefits are incidental and necessary to ensure the benefit is provided to our beneficiaries. Trustees and their direct family relatives may benefit from the services provided, though the manner of accessing and availing of services will be in the same manner as other members of the public.
