These benefits are demonstrated through feedback from the beneficiaries and through their
overall well-being. The charity’s beneficiaries are predominately the local community which includes all age groups, genders and cultural and religious backgrounds. (b) relieve those in need by reason of youth, age, ill-health, disability or other disadvantage; The benefits which flow from this purpose are creating an environment which is hugely important to the well-being and health, both physical and mental, of those participants. These benefits are demonstrated through feedback from the beneficiaries and through their overall well-being. This is also demonstrated in the continuing high levels of participation by all those involved, irrespective of age. The charity’s beneficiaries are predominately the local community which includes all age groups, genders and cultural and religious backgrounds. (c) providing facilities and amenities for community and voluntary group and organisations; The benefits which flow from this purpose is that community and voluntary groups and organisations are better equipped to fulfil their role and to meet the needs of the local community. These benefits are demonstrated by keeping a log of all participants using the facilities. The charity’s beneficiaries are the groups and volunteers who use the amenities and facilities. (d) advance education. The benefits which flow from this purpose are enhanced knowledge of heritage, culture and history. These benefits are demonstrated through enhanced cultural awareness and increased participation in cultural events both at local and national level. The programmes promoted by the organisation will also reflect the general needs of the community including programmes in drug and suicidal awareness. The purposes do not lead to harm A private benefit to trustees may arise from our programme of ongoing training in good governance, finance etc. Through this training trustees gain skills and experience which are transferable to other settings. These benefits are incidental and necessary to ensure the benefit is provided to our beneficiaries.

Eagle Glen Community partnership Ltd aims to be an active rural community group, where a significant focus is placed on the organisation of cultural and social opportunities as a key part of the community development process. Our group endeavours to ensure that our culture and heritage is kept alive as well as educating the young and not so young
on all aspects of life. Our Group makes every effort to be open and inclusive of everyone. Eagle Glen Community Partnership Ltd contributes significantly to the improvement of services and provision for the surrounding rural area whereby bringing the community together with lots of activities, classes and gatherings focusing particular attention to the elderly, children and ethnic minority groups. We have a strong focus on community inclusiveness and our development work includes looking at innovative ways to link together people of all ages for personal and professional development to maximise life opportunities for our all.
