Fastworks Rathcoole has been set up to benefit the pupils, parents, staff and community of Rathcoole Primary School. This will be achieved by improving relationships between home and school in order to advance the education of pupils in the school. The benefit is for children at Rathcoole Primary School.This purpose does not lead to

harm. Fastworks Rathcoole will endeavour to raise funds through charitable events to obtain funding for additional resources for the school and links built with the local community. The benefit will be increased educational progress and attainment of pupils in the school and links built with the local community.This purpose does not lead to harm. Charity trustees (Fastworks committee members) are usually also parents at the school which their children attend and hence gain benefit in the same way as all other beneficiaries. This benefit is incidental and necessary to ensure the benefit is provided to all beneficiaries. By having an active Fastworks Rathcoole parent group that works in partnership with the school and engages parental support. By pupils having access to resources, events, activities and links with the local community which are not available through direct school funding.This purpose does not lead to harm.

What your organisation does

Rathcoole PTA will endeavour to create opportunities for our parents to be involved in school life. Through a range of fundraising and sponsorship events Rathcoole PTA will raise funds to enable the families and pupils of Rathcoole Primary School to experience family fun days, healthy living and fitness events as well as educational

visits. Rathcoole PTA with provide parents of Rathcoole PTA with a support network and provide friendship. Rathcoole PTA with provide parents with a learning environment where they can undertake educational and recreational courses that will further their own learning experiences and provide them with the skills necessary to help their children to thrive at school.
