Public benefits

Benefits that flow from this purpose will be the children will receive a teddy bear of their own, which will bring comfort and happiness to the child. Spud Bears gives teddy bears to children who otherwise would not have a toy as these are given to hospitals clinics and orphanages in the developing world. We also provide animatronics solar powered

talking teddies that can speak to the children who are unable to read due to lack of education or sight problems. The bears read stories to bed ridden children in hospitals. The talking teddies will share bible stories by reading bible passages and parables educating children in religion and also educating on health education e.g. malaria prevention by sharing information on malaria and other parasite borne illnesses This will be demonstrated by stories, pictures and updates from the orphanages we support. Our beneficiaries are the children in the orphanages of Uganda and Tanzania. The purposes of the charity do not lead to any harm. There is no private benefit flowing from the purposes.
