Public benefits

The public benefit will be to the Disabled Anglers suffering from a physical or mental Disability. We as an Association want to encourage more Disabled people to take up the sport of Fishing and the anglers to take a more active part in the art of Fly Fishing, with casting instruction and practical advice which will be beneficial to their wellbeing

both mentally and physically and thereby helping to relive stress and anxiety. Those who are more of a competitive nature can qualify through our qualifying system to represent their Country at International level in the Home International with England, Scotland & Wales which is held every year. We will invite the Anglers to attend different fisheries throughout Ireland as a whole to interact with able-bodied Anglers and use Disabled Facilities where available. This can also be of a social benefit to everyone both Disabled and able-bodied Anglers. There will be some private benefit to the trustees as they qualify to be members but they will be treated the same as all other members. There will be no harm from the purposes of this Charity.
