What your organisation does

We run projects to promote mental and physical health, reduce mental stress, isolation, and relief of poverty through the foodbank, school, youth, and community programmes. The promotion of health and wellbeing benefits families and therefore their local communities. We support, help, encourage, and build each other up to help alleviate and

reduce mental health issues, poverty, isolation and stress via practical help and signposting to other organisations, community groups and statutory bodies for further help, assistance or professional intervention. We provide a safe, non-judgemental environment based on an understanding of personal, mental, and physical wellbeing. We develop and run holistic programmes for the betterment, education, encouragement, empowerment, and self-esteem of the community at large. We assist and support our volunteers to achieve these goals for themselves and the wider community. We promote and develop - social engagement schemes for the betterment of the local community - Educational and skill programmes for individuals and community at large. - positive mental health collaborative interventions.
